With temperatures kept at a constant -4°C, Ski Dubai is the perfect escape to enjoy real snow, thrilling slopes, and family-friendly fun in the heart of Dubai.

Our patrollers are here for your safety. Please follow their advice and guidance to avoid accidents and be sure to take on a ski challenge equal to your skill level.
Avoid rides that are too challenging for you. For example, the chairlift may not be appropriate for those afraid of heights, and those who don’t like confined spaces should avoid the giant ball.
Watch your step. Don’t run in the snow. Some parts can be slippery and cause a painful fall.
Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
All guests under 13 years old and those using freestyle facilities must wear helmets.
To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
Refrain from throwing snow as it is sharp and could harm others if thrown hard enough.
Appropriate winter clothing is required for entry into Ski Dubai
In addition to our already stringent sanitization standards, we have put in place enhanced measures to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees. We are using fogging machines to disinfect large areas and our staff are cleaning and sanitizing surfaces after every guest interaction, paying particular attention to high touch points such as counters, POS, and payment terminals.
As an added precaution, it is now mandatory for employees and guests to wear a face mask. We have also introduced new measures to ensure that physical distancing is maintained throughout the guest’s journey.

  • Snow Park Fun: Enjoy snowball fights, tobogganing, and a giant snowball ride.
  • Penguin Encounter (Optional): Meet the adorable King and Gentoo penguins in a unique interactive session.
• Chairlift Ride: Take in breathtaking views of the snowy slopes on a relaxing chairlift ride.
• Hot Chocolate Break: Warm up with a delicious hot chocolate at the Avalanche Café.
• Departure: After an unforgettable snowy adventure, return your gear and explore more of Mall of the Emirates.

  Snow Plus:

  • Full day and unlimited access to Snow Park, Snow Cavern and Tobogganing, Giant Ball, Bob sledge, Tubing Run, and Bump Car
  • Unlimited Mountain Thriller
  • Unlimited ride of the chairlift
  • Locker provided
  • Select one experience: 2 hours on the slope (skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope) OR Two rides of the Snow Bullet (zipline)

  2 hours Slope Session:

  • 2 hours skiing/snowboarding session (Skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope)
  • Winter Gear provided (jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard and poles).
  • Access to the snow park is not included

  Full-day Slope Session:

  • Full day and multiple entries to slope to ski or snowboard (Skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope)
