Click to Guide has been paying close attention to the protection and management of users' personal information for a long time. Thus, Click to Guide has implemented this Privacy Policy aimed at protecting the personal information of all users.

Why does "Click to Guide" collect your personal information?

Click to Guide is a platform that connects the User with the Service Provider and facilitates booking various tours and events listed on the Click to Guide site. In this regard, Personal Data and other related information are collected by us, in particular, to help us provide you with services available on the Platform, as well as for carrying out other data processing actions described in this Policy.

User Content and Social Media Platforms:

Any content uploaded, presented and/or posted by Users, including but not limited to reviews, ratings, chats or discussions on the Platform or any social media platform, collectively referred to as "User Content". The User is fully responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all User Content.

User Content posted by any User is visible to other Users who have access to the Platform or the social media platform where such User Content is posted. The User agrees to have no objections in this regard.

We may allow Users to create accounts on the Platform using their personal social media accounts such as Facebook, Google, Instagram etc. In such case we may receive some of your personal data from your social media accounts like your name, last name, e-mail address, phone number etc.

Further, when you interact with us on social networks or via our posts, we may collect and process information that you may provide us during such interaction. This can happen when you hit 'like', 'share' or make a 'retweet', leave a comment or post other content on our social media platform. Data processing in this case is done in accordance with applicable privacy laws and for the purposes of providing you with the best services. Please note that during such use of social media platforms the privacy policies of those social media platforms and privacy settings made by you on these social media platforms also apply.

 

Collection of data from children

In accordance with our Terms of Use, we suggest that booking on the Platform be done only by a person who has reached majority age. However, there may be certain scenarios when booking for children will be done by a person who has reached the age of majority. In respect of such scenarios, we would like to state that at Click to Guide we value the privacy of every individual including children. If we receive Personal Information of a child/minor, we assure that such information will be processed on lawful grounds and to the extent a consent for processing such information has been received from a person who has reached majority age. In case it becomes known to Click to Guide that the User is a minor or has not reached the age allowing to provide consent in the respective jurisdiction, Click to Guide reserves its right to terminate services to such User/account without any prior notice.
