Important Check-In Information:
- Check-In Time: Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled flight with your original passport or official photo ID.
- Required Information: Provide your passenger weight and contact telephone number for operational purposes.
- Dress Code: Wear light, comfortable clothing. Scarves and hats are not permitted for safety reasons.
- Onboard Items: Only sunglasses and a smartphone or camera are allowed onboard. Complimentary lockers will be available to store other valuables. Selfie sticks and tablets are not allowed.
Passengers Who Cannot Fly:
For safety reasons, passengers who meet any of the following criteria cannot fly:
- Pregnant women more than 3 months along
- Children under 2 years of age
- Passengers with serious heart problems or other significant medical conditions
Disabilities Coverage:
- Mental health and emotional disabilities
- Physical disabilities due to impairment
- Passengers who have undergone major surgery recently
Weight and Security Regulations:
- Passenger Weight: All passengers' weight will be checked before boarding to comply with helicopter weight and balance regulations. The weight limit per seat is 110kg. If you weigh more than this, you may need to purchase an additional seat.
- Seating Arrangements: The final seating in the helicopter is determined by the total weight of passengers. While you can request a seat, we are unable to guarantee it in advance.
- Security Check: All passengers will be subject to security control as per GCAA regulations. Baggage is not allowed on board and can be stored in the designated lounge lockers.
Additional Restrictions and Safety Precautions:
- Baggage: Only cameras, cell phones, and sunglasses are allowed on the helicopter. All bags, hats, and scarves should be placed in a locker before your flight.
- Photography: You may not take pictures while walking to and from the heliport. Once inside the helicopter, you can take photos of your experience. Our staff will also take a picture in front of the helicopter, which you can purchase as a print or digital copy after the tour.
- Visibility: In case of reduced visibility, flights may still operate. However, if weather conditions are poor, we may need to cancel the flight. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible, and refunds are available if your flight cannot be rescheduled.

We will do our best to notify you as soon as we know your flight will be canceled. We will always try to reschedule your flight. If you are unable to reschedule your flight, it is fully refundable.
You can fly if you are pregnant; we recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
Any time of day is good to fly depending on the visibility. We usually recommend booking around your schedule because the visibility is unpredictable. Keep in mind that during the winter months the sun sets earlier and can affect the tour.
Reservations are not required but highly recommended. If you arrive at the heliport without a reservation you may have to wait for an available flight or schedule a flight later in the day. Due to limited availability we would recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. During peak times we would recommend booking further in advance due to high demand.
