No swimming is allowed in the open sea and after sunset. No one is allowed to jump off the yacht from the flybridge
All Guests need to provide a Copy of their Identification (Passport/Emirates ID) and emergency Contact details, prior to boarding
Loud music is not allowed into the marina channel as it's prohibited due to its residential area, any fine will be the responsibility of the participant in this regard
For the VIP package, VIP guests can check in at the lounge while they enjoy complimentary soft beverages before boarding

- If Cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
