When booking your Helicopter Tour with Falcon Helicopters, please be aware of the following important check-in requirements and passenger eligibility criteria to ensure a smooth and safe flight. This guide includes all the essential information you need to know before your tour, including check-in time, safety regulations, and restricted passengers.

Important Check-In Information:

• Check-In Time: Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled flight with your original passport or official photo ID.
• Required Information: Provide your passenger weight and contact telephone number for operational purposes.
• Dress Code: Wear light, comfortable clothing. Scarves and hats are not permitted for safety reasons.
• Onboard Items: Only sunglasses and a smartphone or camera are allowed onboard. Complimentary lockers will be available to store other valuables. Selfie sticks and tablets are not allowed.

Passengers Who Cannot Fly:

For safety reasons, passengers who meet any of the following criteria cannot fly:

• Pregnant women more than 3 months along
• Children under 2 years of age
• Passengers with serious heart problems or other significant medical conditions

Disabilities Coverage:

• Mental health and emotional disabilities
• Physical disabilities due to impairment
• Passengers who have undergone major surgery recently

Weight and Security Regulations:

• Passenger Weight: All passengers' weight will be checked before boarding to comply with helicopter weight and balance regulations. The weight limit per seat is 110kg. If you weigh more than this, you may need to purchase an additional seat.
• Seating Arrangements: The final seating in the helicopter is determined by the total weight of passengers. While you can request a seat, we are unable to guarantee it in advance.
• Security Check: All passengers will be subject to security control as per GCAA regulations. Baggage is not allowed on board and can be stored in the designated lounge lockers.

Additional Restrictions and Safety Precautions:

• Baggage: Only cameras, cell phones, and sunglasses are allowed on the helicopter. All bags, hats, and scarves should be placed in a locker before your flight.
• Photography: You may not take pictures while walking to and from the heliport. Once inside the helicopter, you can take photos of your experience. Our staff will also take a picture in front of the helicopter, which you can purchase as a print or digital copy after the tour.
• Visibility: In case of reduced visibility, flights may still operate. However, if weather conditions are poor, we may need to cancel the flight. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible, and refunds are available if your flight cannot be rescheduled.
