Tickets need to be collected before your intended visit time from the At the Top Burj Khalifa ticketing counter, located at LG Level, The Dubai Mall, in front of the Food Hall.
Once you have exchanged your ticket, follow the signs to the "Dubai Fountains." Once you're outside, look for the "Lake Ride" sign and enter the ticket kiosk in front of the Wafi Gourmet restaurant.

You will receive an email with your Dubai Fountain Boardwalk ticket voucher in a short time. You need to print the same.
Please present the tickets at the At The Top counters located in Dubai Mall or Fountain Promenade counter or the Burj Park counter 10 minutes before your experience is scheduled.

As you glide across the water, you’ll enjoy unobstructed views of the fountain’s synchronized light and music show, set against the stunning backdrop of the Burj Khalifa. The Dubai Fountain Boardwalk, also known as the Walk Bridge, allows visitors to walk on a floating platform just 9 meters from the fountain, providing an immersive experience and a unique perspective of the fountain’s powerful water displays.
The Dubai Fountain Lake Ride lasts around 30 minutes, including a full loop around Burj Lake with a close-up view of the fountain shows that take place every 30 minutes in the evening. The Dubai Fountain Boardwalk experience is self-paced, allowing visitors to spend as much time as they like on the bridge while the fountains are in action. It’s recommended to arrive a few minutes before a scheduled fountain show to get the best view.
The Dubai Fountain shows typically start at 6:00 PM and run every 30 minutes until 11:00 PM, with additional afternoon shows. Evening shows are popular as the illuminated fountains create a magical experience against the night skyline. The best time to visit is in the evening after sunset for the most impressive views. Booking the Lake Ride or Boardwalk experience in advance is advisable, as it’s a popular attraction, especially during weekends and holidays.
