The Dubai Dolphinarium ticket does NOT include the Entry Fee to the park. All entrants need a NOL card. It should have a credit of atleast AED5 (for each guest) to enter Creek Park. This charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable. In case, the guests don't have a NOL card, they can purchase one at the gate

The Dolphin Interaction session typically lasts between 20 to 30 minutes, although the total experience, including orientation and safety briefing, may take up to 1 hour. Interaction sessions are generally scheduled multiple times throughout the day, but it’s recommended to check availability and book in advance, especially during peak seasons. Arriving at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled session is advised to ensure a smooth start to the experience.
Yes, age and height restrictions may apply to ensure the safety and comfort of both guests and dolphins. Typically, children must be at least 3 or 4 years old to participate, and younger children may need to be accompanied by an adult. Swimwear is required for the experience, as participants will be in the water. Towels, life vests, and lockers are usually provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own sunscreen and personal items. It’s also recommended to avoid bringing any jewelry, as it may be unsafe or distracting for the dolphins.
