Your ticket includes entry to interactive displays, high-powered telescopes for close-up views, and the opportunity to step onto the outdoor terrace. For visitors with premium tickets, access extends to Level 148, the world’s highest observation deck, where you can experience VIP lounges and personalized guided tours.
Most visitors spend around 1 to 1.5 hours on the observation decks to take in the views, explore the interactive displays, and capture memorable photos. However, you’re welcome to stay as long as you like to fully enjoy the experience. For sunset visits, it’s best to plan for extra time, as this is a popular time and can get busier.
The ideal times to visit At The Top are during sunrise or sunset, as these times provide breathtaking views of the city’s transformation under golden light and, later, city lights.
